Unicasa you will be required to produce the documentation required
to purchase a property in country in which it is located This is
likely to include proof of residence and a guarantee of funds Any
information you provide to Unicasa will be used internally and maybe
shared with trusted third-party companies The information you provide
to Unicasa will also be given to the vendor of the property and/or
his representative
In order to protect all
our customers and vendors against potential fraud, we may verify
with third parties the information you provide In the course of
such verification, we receive personally identifiable information
about you from such services In particular, if you enter into a
property transaction we may seek a bank reference to verify you
have the funds available to complete the transaction and that the
details you have supplied us will match those registered with your
banker
If you are a commercial
buyer, in some circumstances we will conduct a background check
on your business by obtaining information about you and your business
from a credit reference agency or a business information service
such as Dun & Bradstreet If you incur a debt to Unicasa or
a vendor represented by Unicasa, we will generally conduct a credit
check on you by obtaining additional information about you from
a credit reference agency, to the extent permitted by law Unicasa
may seek to 'blacklist' commercial debtors
Web Site Traffic Information
Because of the way that
World Wide Web communication standards work, when you arrive at
or leave the Unicasa Web site, we automatically receive the Web
